Return Policy
Withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer
If you make a purchase from us, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The condition for accepting a return is that the product remains intact, identical to that at the time of shipment and complete with all accessories from the manufacturer.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Withdrawal form: To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should send the withdrawal form to one of the following means of communication:

Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, funds will be refunded to the Customer's account within 14 business days.
