REGULATIONS FOR N-HYPE.COM ONLINE COMMITTEES

§1 GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. The company "N-HYPE" sp. z o. o., based at ul. Muszkieterów 7, 94-319 Łódź, Poland, NIP: 7272868845, conducts online sales via the website n-hype.com and stationary sales in the Showroom located at the same address.

§2 SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY

  1. "N-HYPE" deals with commission sales of items via an online platform and in stationary stores.
  2. Commission items are displayed on the store's website. The commissioning person is obliged to send the sold item within 1 business day from the date of sale.

§3 RULES OF COMMISSIONING

  1. The commissioning person is obliged to inform "N-HYPE" about any changes regarding consignment items, especially their sale, to avoid the sale of duplicates on the store website.
  2. All consignment items must be sent to "N-HYPE" in a clean and ready for sale condition.
  3. "N-HYPE" pays for sold consignment items within 2 business days from the date of sale, subject to the right to a 14-day period for the customer to return the goods.
  4. The stock levels of consignment items will be monitored using a common Google Sheets sheet. Commissioning persons are obliged to update stock levels in real time to ensure accurate information on product availability.

§4 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

  1. "N-HYPE" undertakes to promote and sell consignment items in accordance with the best market practices.
  2. The commissioning person undertakes to cover the costs of shipping the items to "N-HYPE".
  3. The purchase price of the consignment item is determined during the negotiation of the contract with commissioning person.

§5 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. "N-HYPE" processes personal data in accordance with applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, including the GDPR.
  2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§6 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations may be amended by "N-HYPE" in any time. The changes come into force when they are published on the store's website.
  2. In the event of disputes related to the implementation of the commission agreement, the parties undertake to seek amicable solutions. In case of disagreement, disputes will be resolved by the competent court.
