Rules of the "Grand Opening of N-HYPE and MATCHA 'N' HYPE" Competition
§1. General Provisions
The organiser of the competition called "Grand Opening of N-HYPE and MATCHA 'N' HYPE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is the Instagram profiles: @n_hype_ and @matcha_n_hype (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
The competition is organised in the territory of the Republic of Poland via the Instagram website.
The competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 227).
The prizes in the Competition are funded by the Organizer.
§2. Conditions of Participation
A participant in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may be any natural person who:
- is over 18 years of age and has full legal capacity,
- has a public Instagram account,
- has read the content of these regulations and accepts its provisions.
Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate family (spouses, descendants, ascendants, siblings) cannot participate in the Competition.
§3. Duration of the Competition
The competition begins on the day the competition post is published on the Organizer's profiles and lasts until July 10, 2024, 7:00 p.m.
Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
§4. Competition Rules and Selection of Winners
The competition task involves the joint fulfillment of the following conditions:
- Publicly follow @n_hype_ and @matcha_n_hype .
- Adding one comment under the competition post, tagging 3 different, active Instagram users (@name).
- Sharing the post on your Instagram Story with the @n_hype_ profile tag. For private accounts, sending a screenshot in a private message.
Each participant may only enter once. Subsequent entries will not be considered.
After the end of the Competition, a committee appointed by the Organizer will draw 8 winners from among those who meet the above conditions.
The results will be announced on July 10, 2024, live during an event at 19 Wilcza Street in Warsaw and via broadcast on the @n_hype_ profile.
Winners will also receive a private message on Instagram within 24 hours of the results being announced.
§5. Prizes
There are a total of 8 prizes:
- 1 x PLN 1000 voucher to be used in the N-HYPE store (main prize),
- 5 x Card for 2 matcha drinks at MATCHA 'N' HYPE,
- 2 x Figure from the LABUBU The Monsters series.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Pickup or delivery details will be discussed individually.
§6. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data (profile name, and in the case of winners also first name, last name, contact details) are processed solely for the purposes of organizing the Competition – in accordance with the GDPR (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter aif).
The participant has the right to view, correct, request deletion of data and object.
§7. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted via email (address provided by the Organizer in a private message) within 7 days of the results being announced. Review time: 14 days.
§8. Final Provisions
This contest is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta). Entrants fully release Instagram from all liability.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
The Organizer may introduce changes to the regulations for important reasons, as long as they do not worsen the conditions of participation.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
