When do I receive points for my order?
Points are automatically earned once your order is completed (status "fulfilled"). In the event of a return, the appropriate number of points will be deducted.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they are awarded.
Can I combine discount codes?
N-HYPE CLUB codes cannot be combined with other promotions, unless the rules of a specific promotion state otherwise.

In the loyalty program widget - lower right corner of the screen - after logging in to the customer account.
