1. Delivery methods: We offer several delivery options: DPD, Poczta Polska, Inpost, UPS and the option of personal collection at N-HYPE VIP LOUNGE, after an appointment via phone/email or our social media.

2. Delivery time: The order processing time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method. Estimated delivery time is 2 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. 

3. Delivery costs: Free shipping on every order.

4. Parcel Tracking: In the case of courier shipping, we provide a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery status via the carrier's website.

5. Delivery address: Please provide your exact delivery address when placing your order. Please ensure that your details are correct to avoid delivery errors.

6. Personal collection: Customers can collect the ordered products in person at our stationary store. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact the customer to arrange a convenient date.
