1. Delivery methods: We offer several delivery options, including InPost (courier and lockers), UPS (international), and the option of personal collection at the N-HYPE VIP LOUNGE, after making an appointment by phone/email or our social media.

2. Delivery time: Order processing time depends on product availability and the chosen shipping method. Estimated processing time is 2 business days. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are sourced to order and ship within up to 14 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping costs: Free shipping in Poland from 500 PLN (InPost). Store pickup is always free. International — a flat 100 PLN fee.

4. Tracking your shipment: In the case of courier shipping, we provide a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery status via the carrier's website.

5. Delivery address: Please provide your exact delivery address when placing your order. Please ensure your details are correct to avoid delivery errors.

6. Personal collection: Customers can pick up their ordered products in person at our physical store. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact the customer to arrange a convenient time.
