2. Fulfillment time: Order fulfillment time depends on product availability and the chosen delivery method. The estimated fulfillment time is 2 business days. We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery costs: InPost locker 9.99 PLN, courier 14.99 PLN. InPost locker 9.99 PLN, courier 14.99 PLN. Free shipping in Poland from 500 PLN (InPost). Store pickup is always free. International — a flat 100 PLN fee.

4. Order tracking: For courier shipments, we provide a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status via the carrier's website.

5. Delivery address: Please provide a precise delivery address when placing your order. Please ensure the provided details are correct to avoid delivery errors.

6. Personal pickup: Customers have the option to pick up ordered products in person at our physical store. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact the customer to arrange a convenient time.
