Terms and conditions for online consignors at n-hype.com

§1 General information

1. The company "N-HYPE" sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Muszkieterów 7, 94-319 Łódź, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 7272868845, conducts online sales via the n-hype.com website as well as in-store sales at the Showroom located at the same address.
2. "N-HYPE" can be contacted via email: order@n-hype.com and by phone: +48516609100.

§2 Scope of activity

1. "N-HYPE" is engaged in the consignment sale of items via its online platform and in-store.
2. Consignment items are listed on the store's website. The consignor is required to ship the sold item within 1 business day from the moment of sale.

§3 Consignment rules

1. The consignor is required to inform "N-HYPE" of any changes regarding consignment items, in particular their sale, in order to avoid the sale of duplicates on the store's website.
2. All consignment items must be sent to "N-HYPE" in a clean and sales-ready condition.
3. "N-HYPE" shall pay the amounts due for sold consignment items within 14 business days from the date of sale, subject to the customer's 14-day return period.
4. Inventory levels for consignment items will be monitored via a shared Google Sheets document. Consignors have an obligation to update inventory levels in real-time to ensure the accuracy of product availability information.

§4 Rights and obligations of the parties

1. "N-HYPE" undertakes to promote and sell consignment items in accordance with the best market practices.
2. The consignor undertakes to cover the costs of shipping items to "N-HYPE".
3. The purchase price of a consignment item is determined during contract negotiations with the consignor.

§5 Personal data protection

1. "N-HYPE" processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§6 Final provisions

1. These terms and conditions may be amended by "N-HYPE" at any time. Amendments come into force at the moment of their publication on the store's website.
2. In the event of disputes related to the performance of the consignment agreement, the parties undertake to seek amicable solutions. In the absence of an agreement, disputes shall be settled by the competent court.
