§1 General information

1. The company "N-HYPE" sp. z o. o., with its registered office at ul. Muszkieterów 7, 94-319 Łódź, Poland, NIP: 7272868845, conducts online sales via the website n-hype.com and stationary sales in the Showroom located at the same address.

§2 Scope of business

1. "N-HYPE" deals in the commission sale of items via an online platform and in stationary stores.
2. Consignment items are listed on the store's website. The consignee is obligated to ship the sold item within one business day of sale.

§3 Commissioning Rules

1. The commissioning person is obliged to inform "N-HYPE" about any changes regarding the commissioned items, in particular about their sale, in order to avoid the sale of duplicates on the store's website.
2. All commission items must be sent to "N-HYPE" in a clean and ready-to-sell condition.
3. "N-HYPE" pays for sold commission items within 14 business days from the date of sale, subject to the customer's right to return the goods within 14 days.
4. Inventory levels for consignment items will be monitored using a shared Google Sheets. Consigners are responsible for updating inventory levels in real time to ensure accurate product availability information.

§4 Rights and obligations of the parties

1. "N-HYPE" is committed to promoting and selling commission items in accordance with best market practices.
2. The commissioning person undertakes to cover the costs of shipping the items to "N-HYPE".
3. The purchase price of a commission item is determined during contract negotiations with the commissioning person.

§5 Personal data protection

1. "N-HYPE" processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§6 Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by N-HYPE at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the store's website.
2. In the event of any disputes arising from the performance of the commission agreement, the parties undertake to seek amicable solutions. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by a competent court.
