Returns and Complaints Policy
This Refund Policy specifies the rules for refunding costs related to purchases made by customers in the N-Hype.com online store operated by "N-HYPE" SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ , with its registered office at ul. Non-returnable products
Note: Products marked with * (special orders) are non-returnable . These products are imported individually to the customer's order from external warehouses. Underwear is also non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
If you have any doubts regarding the size or model of the product, it is recommended to contact the store before making a purchase.
Product Returns
The customer has the right to return selected goods that have not been excluded from return in accordance with this Policy within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. To make a return, please complete the returns form below. A member of the customer service team will contact the customer within 1 business day to provide further instructions.

Payment Refund
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of its return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless the customer agrees to a different refund method.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the purchased product is refundable.
Product Return Costs
The direct costs of returning the product, including shipping costs, are borne by the customer.
Complaints
In the event of damage to the product or its non-conformity with the description, the customer has the right to submit a complaint by filling out the complaint form below.
Upon receipt of the report, the customer service team will contact the customer to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
