Returns and Complaints Policy

Non-returnable products
Please note: Products marked with * (special orders) are non-returnable . These products are individually sourced from external warehouses upon customer request. Underwear is also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If you have any doubts regarding the size or model of the product, it is recommended to contact the store staff before making a purchase.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS
Product Returns
Customers have the right to return selected goods that are not excluded from returns under this Policy within 14 calendar days of receipt. To make a return, please complete the returns form below. After completing the form, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
The returned product must be intact, if it was sent in packaging (e.g. a box), the packaging and its contents (e.g. papers inside) must also be intact.

Refund Payment
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of its return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless the customer agrees to a different refund method.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded.
Product Return Costs
The direct costs of returning the product, including shipping costs, are borne by the customer.
Complaints
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to submit a complaint by completing the complaint form below.
Once the report is received, the customer service team will contact the customer to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
