Returns Policy
Withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer
If you purchase from us, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted provided the product remains undamaged, in the same condition as when shipped, and complete with all manufacturer accessories. Special order products (marked *) are not eligible for return. These products are specially ordered according to individual customer needs and sourced from external warehouses. (If you're unsure about size, please contact us and we'll help you choose the perfect size.)
Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Withdrawal form: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send the withdrawal form to one of the following means of communication:

Refund: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the funds will be refunded to the Customer's account within 14 calendar days.
